Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Palwego LLC, the owner and operator of Palwise ("Palwise", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Palwise mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Palwise provides AI-generated reply suggestions. You submit a screenshot of a conversation, and the Service returns suggested replies in a selected tone. Suggestions are generated by a third-party AI model and are provided for your convenience only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any suggestion.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
• Use the Service to harass, deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or attempt to bypass usage limits.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for the screenshots and content you submit and for how you use any suggested replies.

4. AI-generated content

Reply suggestions are produced by an automated AI system and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your situation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of any suggestion. You use suggestions at your own discretion and risk.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

Palwise offers a limited free tier and optional paid plans ("Palwise Pro"), offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and yearly). The following terms apply to these subscriptions:

• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charge. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Price and period. The exact price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown in the app on the purchase screen before you confirm.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to Apple's policies; we do not process payments directly.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding content you submit), is owned by Palwise and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the screenshots and content you submit.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT SUGGESTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PALWISE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
